RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Sales Order
Once an online sale is closed, orders cannot be returned, transferred, or refunded.
Handling Losses, Damages, or Flaws:
For damages during shipping, Cubido Studio will replace affected pieces during transportation.
Orders lost by the postal service will also be replaced.
Purchased items will be replaced if a flaw is identified on the purchased piece.
Timeline for Claims:
Loss claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification.
Claims regarding damages and flaws should be made within 2 days post-delivery.
To expedite the resolution process, kindly send us clear pictures of both the damaged or scratched piece and its packaging. This will help us assess the situation and provide the best possible assistance.
Please ensure the photos clearly show the extent of the damage and include shots of the packaging as well.
Packaging Matters:
We recognize the artistic value of our packaging, but emphasize that damages or flaws in packaging material are not covered by Cubido Studio.
The packaging, including the box, serves a protective role, and we do not exchange or refund any damaged packing material but we will do our best to securely pack the item for a secure journey to its destination.
